I have been involved in care for 8 years, providing care and support to people whilst teaching full time. The rich care experiences had a profound impact on me, inspired me and I stopped the teaching to specialise in home care service. I worked my way up from care worker through all roles connected to home care to registered manager. Having strong background as a professional teacher and being personally a victim of poor training, I quickly identified that there are knowledge gap in the training of the care staff and turned my attention to provision of tailored training solutions to the problem.

Having been a victim of poor selection and recruitment process when working as support worker, I have developed interest in recruitment to help solve the main problem facing the health and social care sector. I have since acquired recruitment expertise and assisted many companies turn their recruitment nightmare into success story. Following my numerous success stories and the desire to help more companies, formed partnership with same minded partner  to eliminate our clients’ staffing problems by recruiting, training and placing of the right calibre of workforce to complete the unfinished business in the needed social and health care setting

Noah Adams:
I am Registered Nurse, a graduate from Middlesex University in UK, a Lecturer and a Public Health Specialist. I have worked with NHS and private sector for many years, teaching and assessing student Nurses, health care assistants, and mentoring junior staff Nurses. I have international nursing experience with United Nations in Israel, Lebanon, Liberia and Ruanda. I have completed Master’s degree in Public health with University of Bedfordshire and majoring in dementia care. I am presently working in dementia Units in various Nursing homes.

My interest after many years of experience working in Nursing homes and hospitals is to partner with like-minded others to provide well trained Nurses and carers who can make a change in the health and social care sector. I am a Fellow member of Royal Society of Public Health England (RSPH)
